Jakarta – September 9th, 2026 – LSPR Institute of Communication and Business held its orientation for batch 22 inbound students, which included postgraduate and undergraduate students— Aleksei Bukhteev, Anastasiia Bukina and Zlata Serova from National Research University Higher School of Economics, Russia; Amelia Wiaderek, Loris Berchem, and Tomáš Nagy from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands; and Ana Perez Rodriguez, Floor Iris Verhoeven, Milan Viggo Jansen, Sam Kokx, Thom Jesper Alexander ten Vergert, and Tommy Leonard Geluk from Breda University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands. This will mark the beginning of their educational experience. In the orientation, Vice Rector I of LSPR Institute,Dr. Janette Maria Pinariya, M.M., welcomed the scholars to Indonesia and assured them of full institutional support from all sectors during their time at LSPR.

Following the opening remarks, the International Relations & Partnerships Office team shifted the focus of the students from mere formalities to preparedness as they guided the newcomers. In addition to informing them about the rules and policies, an itinerary was planned for the exchange duration where the students would engage in cultural immersion, museum tours, language classes, and other skills that would help while staying in Jakarta.

Building directly on those operational steps, the second half of the orientation immediately jumped into the academic and extracurricular requirements of the term. Furthermore, the students were given a technical tutorial for how to use different digital tools.

As the inbound students embark on this unique educational journey, the comprehensive process will make sure that they have all the necessary tools needed to thrive in their new surroundings. Through the perfect mixture of academic information, cultural adjustment, student life activities, and practical campus services, the orientation will provide a great base for an unforgettable experience that the students will be having throughout their semester in Indonesia.
