Bekasi – The inauguration of the Arswendo Atmowiloto Center for Performing Art was held on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at the London School of Public Relations Juanda Transpark Bekasi, as a form of appreciation for the great contribution in terms of performing arts at LSPR by the late Mr Arswendo Atmowiloto. The inauguration was attended by lecturers, LSPR management, staff, and the family and relatives of the late Arswendo Atmowiloto. This event also celebrated 100 days since his death and the birthday of the late Arswendo Atmowiloto

Mrs. Prita Kemal Gani, MBA, MCIPR, APR said that the inauguration was not only intended to appreciate everything that was built by the late Arswendo Atmowiloto about performing arts, but for his experience given to LSPR students, for his willingness to be a judge for several years of Theatre Festivals at LSPR, and hopes that many successors will be formed such as Arswendo Atmowiloto

Cecilia Tiara, the youngest daughter of the late Arswendo, shared her memories of being raised in an environment full of nuances of art. The late Arswendo never asked questions about academics, but rather asked more about art. Art blood is very thick he felt in his life. Cecilia Tiara also thanked LSPR for giving her appreciation by putting the name of the late Arswendo Atmowiloto in the Drama Room, Centre of Performing Arts at LSPR Transpark Juanda Bekasi

Dr. Linda Fakhry, a LSPR lecturer, shared her impression of being with the late Arswendo Atmowiloto. He is a person who wants to always give joy and positive knowledge to the people around him, as well as his loyal attitude towards all staff at LSPR.
