On 17 January 2023, LSPR Centre ASEAN Public Relations Studies held a talk show event with the topic ASEAN Talks; ASEAN Matters: Epicentrum of Growth. LSPR CAPRS held this event to support Indonesia becoming the ASEAN chairmanship in 2023.

H.E. M.I. Derry Aman –  Ambassador/Permanent Representative of the Republic of Indonesia to ASEAN and H.E. Foster Gultom – Former Indonesia Ambassador to Kazakhstan as the speakers of this event. The speakers explain what will Indonesia do as chairmanship in ASEAN. Indonesia will make ASEAN a stable and peaceful region, as well as the anchor for world stability.

“You are the young generation, prepare yourself well to reflect on what contribution that you have made. We need to embrace other people, be the bigger ones, being big. How that we are able to protect, able to encourage people to be better.” H.E. M.I. Derry Aman –  Ambassador/Permanent Representative of the Republic of Indonesia to ASEAN.
