Study at LSPR Institute for one semester as an international exchange student (Inbound)

Available Duration:

• 1 Semester

Intake Options:

• Spring Semester: March – August
• Fall Semester: September – February

• International academic and cultural exposure

• Active students from LSPR partner universities
• Official nomination by the home university exchange coordinator

Step 1: Nomination by Home University

Partner universities are required to submit a nomination email to the LSPR International Office, including:

• Student’s full name
• Email address
• Additional contact details (WhatsApp / mobile number, if available)
• Faculty or department at the home university

Step 2: Online Registration

Once the nomination is received, LSPR will send a registration link to the student (cc’ing the home university coordinator), along with:

• Online application instructions
• Required documents for Visa and ITAS processing

Step 3: Letter of Acceptance (LoA) & Payment

After completing registration and document submission, students will receive:

• Letter of Acceptance (LoA)
• Payment instructions for Visa and ITAS processing

Step 4: Visa & ITAS Processing

Upon payment confirmation, the Visa and ITAS process will begin.
Processing time: approximately 2–3 months

During this period:

• Students will receive a list of available subjects
• Learning Agreement will be finalized with LSPR, the home university, and the student

Step 5: Travel & Arrival

• Students must not book flights or accommodation before visa issuance
• Flight details must be shared with LSPR International Office after booking
• Students are required to arrive at least one week before classes begin

Step 6: Completion & Transcript

• Exit Permit Only (EPO) will be processed after programme completion
• Academic transcripts will be issued 3–4 weeks after final examinations

Spring Semester (March–August)

• Call for nomination: September
• Nomination deadline: Mid-November
• Registration deadline: Mid-December
• Payment deadline: End of December

Fall Semester (September–February)

• Call for nomination: March
• Nomination deadline: Mid-April
• Registration deadline: Mid-May
• Payment deadline: End of May

• Completed online application form
• Passport (minimum 18 months validity)
• Curriculum Vitae (CV)
• Academic transcript (in English)
• Passport-size photograph (4 cm x 6 cm, red background)
• Financial statement (signed by parents/guardian)
• Student statement confirmation letter
• Medical statement
• Parental consent form
• Insurance copy (covering entire stay)
• Study Permit application form

Visa Validity: 6 months
Processing Time: 2–3 months

Visa services include:

• Ministry of Education recommendation letter
• Clearing House letter
• VITAS & KITAS
• Local police registration
• Population registration certificate
• Multiple re-entry permit
• Exit Permit Only (EPO)
