Lecturer Academy Committee

 

LSPR Institute recognizes that lecturer development is a key priority. To support this, the institute established the Lecturer Academy as a platform for enhancing the pedagogical, personal, social, and professional competencies of lecturers. This initiative aims to foster creativity, innovation, and adaptability, enabling lecturers to compete effectively on a global scale.

Founded in 2016, the Lecturer Academy has successfully trained and produced numerous highly qualified young lecturers.

    Programme Output

    The Lecturer Academy aims to develop and produce high-quality lecturers who meet both national and international standards while embodying the distinctive characteristics of an LSPR Institute Lecturer.

    Additionally, the programme facilitates the acceleration of lecturer functional position through certification and the issuance of letters of assignment.
