Congratulations! Your graduation day is coming and that means you are moving on to the next chapter of your life. Thank you for your perseverance in completing your studies and regarding your upcoming graduation ceremony, we would like to inform the following schedule officially:
- Graduation Ceremony
- Day : Thursday, November 19 2026
- Time : Morning & Afternoon (The shift details will adjust on invitation) ● Location : Grand Ballroom The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place
- Graduation Fee Rp.4.000.000,- per graduate, which includes:
- a) Diploma, transcript and SKPI (Certificate diploma supplement)
- b) Complete graduation toga
- c) Graduation event
- d) Lunch/dinner buffet for parents/guardians (2 people)
- e) Lunch/dinner buffet for graduates
- f) Invitation, goodie bag, and graduation merchandise
- g) Digital yearbook/alumni book
- h) Digital programme book
- i) Graduate photo
3. Additional invitation Fee Rp.900.000,- per person

Kindly be informed about the graduation payment procedures, after making a payment you are required to fill in your data and upload proof of payment via

or you can make payments directly at the Finance counters of the Sudirman Park and Trans Park campuses, starting at 10.00 – 16.00 WIB. The graduation fee may be paid in two installments, with the first installment due in July 2026 and the second installment due in September 2026.
