The first phase of the program took place at LSPR Transpark Campus on April 6th, focusing on immersive cultural displays. During this session, the IRPO team facilitated the presentation of traditional foods specifically including Russia to foster friendship between inbound and local students. To complement these offerings, the IRPO team provided traditional refreshments from Argentina and Chile to highlight South American heritage. Furthermore, the International Relations and Partnership Office (IRPO) organized the distribution of traditional Russian gifts, prepared by inbound exchange students from Russia.

The event continued at LSPR Sudirman Park on April 9, further expanding both its culinary and academic highlights. The showcase featured a variety of international cuisines, including Russian and Dutch dishes prepared by inbound students, as well as beverages from Argentina and other global selections.

In addition, students were introduced to upcoming international opportunities, including the mobility program at University College London (UCL) in June–July and the China immersion program in September, which will focus on cultural exploration and language learning in Chengdu and Chongqing. Key information regarding application requirements, costs, and timelines for student exchange, study abroad, joint degree, and pathway programs was also shared. Overall, the session highlighted the importance of international collaboration in supporting LSPR’s global engagement initiatives.
