6). LSCL Leadership Roundtables

The world is moving at a rapid speed, and what is required and expected of leaders is always shifting. Agility, focus under pressure, and resilience are all critical qualities for today’s and tomorrow’s high potential leaders. To adapt to ongoing change, these leaders must recognize the benefits and drawbacks of their leadership styles and become more deliberate about how they lead.

The Roundtable for Leaders group coaching program equips your high potential with the leadership mindsets and behaviours necessary to successfully navigate change, disruption, and growth, allowing them to achieve transformational results.  A LSCL Leadership Roundtable is a group of 10 – 15 leaders at a similar level of leaders who share a common interest in being a great leader. The goal of this program is to provide a collaborative environment for leaders to solve problems, debate challenges, and progress goals, foster accountability, and feel supported by others who are facing similar challenges.

We assist leaders to create lasting leadership mindsets and behaviours through the LSPR Roundtable for Leader group coaching program. Participants develop solid working relationships with their colleagues while increasing their own self-awareness and understanding of their leadership style.
